After two instructors and more than a year and a half of taking lessons I still could not pass. I lost hope but still wanted to pass my driving test really badly. The average learner driver needs 47 hours of driving, but to be fair if all learners did 2 hours a week and dont't skip weeks that average would be closer to 40. Therefore with an intensive driving course we feel from our experience 35 hours is the average, however we are giving you 50 hours of driving before your driving test.



Once you have passed your driving test you will have post test lessons to do the things you cant do with L plates, this will test your skills, open your eyes and make you far safer. 



Finally you are provided with a 2 year driving licence warranty, so in the event of you feeling you might want some refresher lessons they are there for you. Overall our aim is your safety.

At Hero Driving School: Please note, before you can start your driving lessons with Hero Driving School, you must have already applied for and received your provisional UK driving licence. The provisional license is a photo card that displays your name, address, unique driver number and details the type of vehicle you are eligible to drive. 

This must be kept, as you need to show the licence when you go for your Theory and Hazard Perception test and your Practical test. You can now apply online for a first provisional driving licence from the DVLA website.  

 

You can only apply for a UK provisional driving licence online if:

When a pupil goes to the driving test only about 4/10 pass and its largely because they are not aware of what I am about to share with you.
